My name is CM Rutledge.
I am the proud owner of Lady Liberty Tattoo.
I have been tattooing professionally for 14 years.
In those 14 years I have been fortunate enough to win over 40 awards for tattoos that I’ve had the privilege of completing for my incredible clients.
My work has also been published in a variety of magazines and other tattoo related media around the globe.
Displayed is an example of some of my tattoo work.
I strive to produce the absolute best work that I can using bold, strong, vibrant color and smooth, rich black and grey.
I currently book out roughly six months in advance.
As a result, my focus is strictly on new, larger scale, imagery based work.
I am not doing reworks, coverups, or lettering only tattoos.
