CM Rutledge is the proud owner of Lady Liberty Tattoo.
He has been tattooing professionally for 17 years. And in those 17 years he has been fortunate enough to win over 40 awards for tattoos which he has had the privilege of completing for his incredible clients.
His work has also been published in a variety of magazines and other tattoo related media around the globe. He strives to produce the absolute best work that he can using bold, strong, vibrant color and smooth, rich black and grey.

Currently he books out a few months in advance. As a result, his focus is strictly on new, larger scale, imagery based work. He is not available for reworks, coverups, or lettering only tattoos.

In 2024 he created and published his first coloring story book! It is available for PREORDER NOW! Just in time to gift for the holidays.
